Whether you’re newer to training or coming back after a break, you’ll be able to follow the plan and progress at your own pace.

The Peach Project is a stand-alone program.
You don’t need an app membership or subscription to complete the program. Everything you need is included with your one-time purchase.
(If you ever want more structure, variety, or weekly guidance, Simply Syncd is an optional next step—but not required.)

The Peach Project is cycle-aware, not rigid cycle syncing.
You’ll learn how to adjust workout intensity based on natural energy shifts, without following strict phase rules or overthinking hormones. It’s guidance, not restriction.
All workouts are guided and under 30 minutes or less.
These workouts were designed to be efficient, effective, and realistic—so you can stay consistent without burnout or long gym sessions.
This program can be done at a gym or at home. Minimal equipment is recommended.
Most workouts can be done with:

Hi! I'm Taylor, a certified women's holistic hormone health practitioner, Pilates instructor, and personal trainer. I have a love for helping women learn how to understand their bodies and get results without constant strain.
Instead of over-exercising and under-eating, I teach women how to listen to their body's needs and live in alignment with their monthly cycles and hormones.
My goal is to see more women break free from diet culture, understand the power of their body's hormones, and enjoy a balanced, healthy life.(without it feeling overwhelming!!)
